OA Systems have been working with the Industry Training Organisation (ITO) marketplace for over 9 years and has observed the sector steadily grow in maturity. It became increasingly apparent that the sector needed to have a sophisticated Business Intelligence (BI) solution developed, suitable for the growing requirement for statistical, analytical and performance information for both management of ITO operations as well as industry feedback.
In parallel to an OA Systems development program presently underway for the ITOMIC solution, OA Systems are also well underway with the development of ITOMIC Intelligence - a BI solution specifically designed for the ITO sector. These initiatives are being undertaken in collaboration with several ITO’s who are providing valuable feedback on design and usability criteria.
In keeping with the ITOMIC solution (which is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM) OA Systems have used Microsoft based technology in delivering the ITOMIC Intelligence solution. The technology platforms used are Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Microsoft Office SharePoint Services 2007 (MOSS 2007) and Microsoft Performance Point.
