      This workshop explains how to navigate and work with the application user interface and discusses the tight integration with Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Office and Outlook. We work through the sales process from creating a lead, converting to an opportunity, taking the process through to completing the sale. It shows you how to analyse the information that is captured in the system and demonstrates how easy it is for the user to quickly and easily retrieve data for reporting purposes.

      Marketing Management

      This workshop works through an entire marketing campaign to provide an overview of the key features and processes. It explains the concepts for planning a marketing campaign and how to gather information to assist in the preparation of marketing campaign It examines the process for creating a campaign and a campaign template, and works through the process and importance of testing a campaign prior to launching. It discusses the process for running a campaign and keeping track of campaign activities. The session also explores the analysis of data that results from marketing campaigns.

      Audience – Service Manager, Customer Service Representatives

      This workshop looks at Contract Management, and how service level agreements can be used to determine customer entitlement. Case Management is examined along with the process on how cases are used to track, and resolve customer related issues. It describes how an effective knowledge base can assist with resolving issues, increase product knowledge and extend the service provided to your customers.

      Service Scheduling

      This workshop discusses a basic service scheduling process starting with defining a service and ensuring that the appropriate resources are added to the service. Once this process is complete, service activities are scheduled. We discuss the process of scheduling service activities and other activities related to scheduling. We also examine the set up process and administration tasks for defining resources, working hours, service locations and other related support items.
