Previously known as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the solution is now called Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to align it with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.

Deep integration with Office 365 – Dynamics 365 is a sibling to Office 365, with integration with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint.

Portals – rapidly build a self-service portal for customers and/or suppliers with the portals suite. Get up and running quickly with any of the portals templates. Dynamics provides all the user security mechanisms you need. Tailor the branding to your business. Augment and extend the fields and records available. All within the Dynamics ecosystem.
