OA recommends training for all Dynamics 365 users.

As with any tool with an extensive feature set training will help users get the most out of the Dynamics 365 system. This is especially true where the delivered solution has a significant degree of configuration and customisation beyond the standard functionality.

In broad terms, OA delivers three types of training:

  • End user – OA can deliver training directly to end users. The curriculum can vary on the needs of the customer and solution, from general Dynamics training, to training on the specific functionality of a tailored solution.
  • Train the trainer – where an organisation has existing resource with training skills or experience, OA can work with that resource to train them in key areas of the system, allowing that resource to then deliver their own training to the wider team;
  • Administrator – for larger implementations, where there are many users and/or frequent complex administrative processes to perform, it is often recommended that specialist administrator training be provided to a customer’s technical team. In contrast, for smaller/simpler implementations it may be more cost effective to simply seek OA support assistance as needed to perform administrative functions.
